The Charitable Foundation “Victoria” is an ambitious project created by volunteers and benefactors in order to help Ukrainian militaries who protect Ukraine.

Foundation leadership:

Main foundation goals:

• funding of specific programs and projects that increases the defensive capabilities of Ukraine
• assistance for mobilization readiness of people in terms of emergency situations and martial law
• funding of the scientific research and developments that assist in manufacturing high-tech weaponry and means of defense
• provisioning the AFU units with modern equipment, clothes, transportation, and means of defense
• arrangement of treatment and rehabilitation for participants in hostilities
• reintegration, resocialization and social adaptation of the militaries
• providing any kind of charity help along with social support for militaries and their families
• arrangement of the provisioning of the humanitarian help and social services
• design and conducting training, seminars, and conferences
• the creation of the database of verified volunteers joining the implementation of main fund programs and partner projects

The mainstream of our work is a specialized program “Wings for AFU”. We implement it together with a team of professional aero-designers, engineers, and drone operators, along with the volunteers of the Victoria Foundation.

The base goal of this program is:

• to purchase drone accessories and manufactured drones for AFU units
• support the creation of the laboratory for designing and trialing new drone models
• help in the arrangement of serial manufacturing of efficient and cheap drones of different kinds for the combat tasks during the war
• funding of scientific and research work
• involve the resource to orginize a professional pilots school
• establishment of cooperation with the world’s leading drone manufacturers

To achieve this we are looking for investors, patrons, sponsors and people who care, who is ready to co-fund the needs of the existing manufacturers and new researches in this area.
